Starting June 01, 2026, the visa center will begin accepting applications for the following types of national visas (category D, long-term):

• Research visas and visas for family members
• Internship visas
• Non-lucrative residence visas
• Visas for audiovisual workers and family members

Please note that it will also be possible to apply for a national visa only by appointment, made only through the official website of the BLS.

DEAR APPLICANTS
Due to Easter holidays on April 17th and 18th, the Consulate General in Moscow will not accept and process visa applications. Visa application center will work on these holidays. Applications can only be submitted through Prime time service and Premium Lounge service.

Our staff never ask visa applicants to make cash payments or any other form of payment to obtain an appointment, expedite the visa application process, secure an earlier appointment, or influence decision-making.

We do not recommend any direct payments into personal bank accounts.

Appointments must be booked exclusively through the BLS website. Please refer to the website for authorized service fees payable to BLS International.

Always request a receipt for optional value-added services available at our center.

The decision regarding visa applications is made solely by the competent authorities, and BLS International has no role or influence in this process. If you receive such a request (in writing or verbally), please report it immediately by completing the complaint form or by sending an email to antifraud@blsinternational.com.

Be cautious of intermediaries selling visa appointments under the name of BLS International or individually outside our center. All appointments must be booked through the BLS International website. Please refrain from purchasing appointments through a third party: this is a fraudulent practice that BLS International strongly condemns. As a responsible service provider, we make every effort to inform applicants to be wary of fraudulent intermediaries charging fees to clients for appointment bookings.

We would like to inform you to plan and apply for your visa well in advance at least one months prior to your proposed travel date. Due to operational and logistics reasons, delays are expected for the transportation of documents between our Visa Application Centre and the Consulate of Spain in Moscow.

Applicants are required to book their appointments only from the Website. Contact Centre will provide only information services, not appointments. If you already have an appointment and would like to book for a new date, please cancel the existing one through our website, and then proceed to make the new booking.

EU family members have the right to go directly to the Consulate/Embassy to manage their visa application with prior appointment.

Submission of documents to the Spanish visa application center is possible only with personal attendance, or by the closest members of the family providing a proof of kinship. Beware of scammers offering submission services without a personal attendance at the BLS Spain Visa Application Center.

From 08th November 2021, every applicant over 12 years old applying for a visa is required to submit biometric data in person at the Spanish Visa Application Centre, regardless of the period of previously submitted biometric data. Exceptions are applications for minor children who at the time of the trip will not be 12 years old.

BLS International is the exclusive External Service Provider for the Spain Consulates in Russia. We inform all the applicants to be careful with other unauthorized websites (example – www.blsspain-visa.ru) running in the similar name and style of BLS or SPAIN VISA APPLICATION CENTRES, and also with some agencies and offices that appear to offer Spain Visa Application services, preparing applications with false documentation. We hereby inform to all applicants that applications coming from such agencies or intermediaries will not be accepted at any of our Visa Application Centers.
